Shine Styler – Review
I’ve been really impressed with Shine Styler. You only need a small amount, which makes it easy to work through the hair without weighing it down.
I have thinning but fine hair, and Shine Styler does a great job of controlling it while still leaving it looking natural. I also have a particularly awkward area on my right parietal ridge where the hair grows directly outwards rather than lying flat. Normally, I need quite a heavy product to keep it under control, but Shine Styler manages it surprisingly well despite being such a lightweight cream.
It gives a really impressive high-shine, slick finish… maybe slightly too shiny, but without the usual stiffness or crunchy feeling you can get from gels. My hair still has some movement and doesn’t feel like it’s been coated in a heavy product.
For me, the biggest advantage is the combination of lightweight feel, control and shine. It keeps those stubborn areas in place without making my fine, thinning hair look overloaded with product.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Shine Styler if you want a slick, polished look with good control but don’t want the heaviness or stiffness of a traditional gel. A little goes a long way, so one tub should last a good while too.
