7. Promotional Items
If your order included a free promotional item and you wish to return the order:

If it is not returned, you will be charged the full retail value of the promotional item
8. Sets, Bundles & Box Sets
For bundles, sets, and box sets:

The entire set must be returned

If any item is missing, you will be charged the full value of the missing product(s)
